The product description
Urea-moulds (thermosetting plastics) are amino moulds made of urea-formaldehyde and -cellulose as filling materials, adding lubricants, hardeners and pigments.
Thermosetting materials are strong, shiny, durable, and highly resistant to scratching and dyeing. They are unaffected by fats, oils, esters, ethers, gasoline, alcohol, or acetone, as well as by detergents, weak acids, and weak bases.
Thermosetting plastics have many advantages over basic thermoplastics and are suitable for compression, transfer or injection molding. They are produced in a range of precise and vibrant colours. They come in powdered form (with a better surface) or granular form.
